The project is led by Tommaso Pacini, CEO of La Bottega, a company with over forty years of leadership in the high-end cosmetics and hospitality amenities sector. Supporting his vision are two strategic partners: the investment fund Three Hills and Ou(r) Group, the holding company of the Ruffini family. Together, they have created a growth model based on targeted acquisitions and the integration of leading companies in their respective fields.

Beltrami, a historic textile house from Bergamo, brings the excellence of Made in Italy for hotels, spas, and exclusive yachts. Vanity Group, based in Australia, expands the international portfolio of hospitality amenities. Palatino, with offices in Hong Kong and Paris, specializes in bespoke accessories and design consulting for the hospitality sector. The founders of the acquired companies have reinvested in the Group, maintaining active roles to ensure continuity and innovation.

Alongside these operations, La Bottega Collective has launched White Privé, a new textile brand dedicated to the hotel and luxury retail sector, collaborating with internationally recognized fashion brands. Today, the Group has over 900 employees, offices on five continents, more than 15,000 global clients, and consolidated revenues of €200 million in 2024.

The market context reinforces this strategy: the luxury hospitality segment is expected to grow by 7.2% annually until 2030, reaching an estimated value of approximately $156.8 billion. In this scenario, La Bottega Collective positions itself as a global player capable of integrating tradition and innovation, focusing on sustainability and social responsibility through an ESG plan that unites the different companies under common goals.

“We believe that diversity is the true strength of innovation. Our mission is to create a unique place where products, design, and services converge to deliver authentic experiences,” Pacini said.

The Milan debut was celebrated at the showroom on Via della Spiga, followed by an event at the ELIE SAAB Maison space, attended by Christopher Norton, CEO of Equinox Hotels. After Milan, La Bottega Collective will bring its vision to New York and Dubai, before arriving in 2026 in London, Paris, Barcelona, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Sydney.

La Bottega Collective represents a new paradigm: not just a group of companies, but an ecosystem of skills and cultures that interact to create the future of luxury hospitality.
