For summer 2026, as its historic home in Cap d’Antibes undergoes a renovation, the legend of Plage Keller continues, unveiling a new chapter at Palm Beach Cannes: La Piscine Keller. The new concept is born from the fusion of two iconic locations: the sunny, convivial spirit of Keller and the legendary swimming pool of Palm Beach, with its breathtaking Mediterranean views. The project reinterprets the soul of Keller in one of the South of France’s most anticipated destinations, poised to become the season’s new hotspot.
At the helm of the culinary offering is chef Yiannis Kioroglou, who reimagines Keller’s great classics – celebrated for their fresh fish and authentic flavors – with a modern, elegant, and convivial touch. The menu is designed for relaxed lunches and dinners that seamlessly transition into the vibrant Riviera night, all while preserving the quality and identity that made Keller a legend.

Access to this exclusive experience has been thoughtfully designed to preserve its character. As of May 1st, La Piscine Keller is open for lunch exclusively to members of the Palm Beach Members’ Club and their guests. From June 1st, the restaurant has also extended its hours into the evening, welcoming Keller’s loyal patrons and the public from 7:00 PM, thereby ensuring the privacy and exclusivity of the daytime poolside experience.
